An StL Stereolithography file is a triangular representation of a 3D object. It is used to create real models using the stereolithography technique.
Exporting to StL enables a manufacturer to machine a real object which exactly matches the model defined in the Modeller project.
StL is a simple and common 3D shape format. By exporting to this format you will also be able to
converted to other graphics formats, via third-party conversion software.
Where can I get an StL Viewer ?
Visit www.solidview.com
Select the "Tools->Export STL" menu option, and select a file-name using the file browser. StL files have a .StL extension.
